What Superpower Would You Choose?

We’ve all been asked “if you could have any superpower, what would it be?”. The options are endless; flying, invisibility, breathing underwater or x-ray vision. But I never really liked any of those options. There’s too much responsibility attached to some powers. And we all know, “With great power comes great responsibility.” Nah, I’m good.

The one superpower I’d choose? The ability to re-read a book or re-watch a movie/tv show.

Totally random, I know. But every time I’d describe my favorite book, tv show, or movie, I’d always say “I wish I could re-read it, or re-watch it. I’m sure you’ve felt the same way. Sometimes there’s that book or program that just hits you right in the feels, or completely changes your life and the way you see things.

There are books and programs we’ve been exposed to since we were kids, we don’t even remember our initial feelings or thoughts about it. I’ve been watching the tv show F.R.I.E.N.D.S since I was a kid and I have no idea what my original thoughts were. I know I’ve loved it forever, but I wonder what my opinion would be if I discovered it as an adult. This is a big reason I LOVE exposing people to books and programs they’ve never read or watched. I get to re-experience it through their eyes.

Here is a list of books I would re-read if I could. (In no particular order)

Books I’d Re-Read:

These books have left everlasting marks on my heart. I still remember exactly how I felt after I read them, and I doubt I’ll ever forget.

What book or series would you re-read if you had the opportunity?
